Every day thousands of people’s lives are saved or improved thanks to the generosity of donors like you. But, sadly, there are still lots of patients we can’t treat because we don’t have enough supplies. We need nearly 50 people to give blood every day to meet the needs of hospitals and patients. How we help

We provide a safe, accessible and effective blood service for:

  • donors - easier booking systems and many places to donate
  • patients - safe and consistent supply of blood
  • the NHS - lower costs to hospitals through improved integration and planning of end-to-end supply chain

Why Give Blood

You don't need a special reason to give blood. You just need your own reason.
